BENEFITS FOR BUSINESSES

JfL sites offer a pool of ready-to-work employees who have been screened over a 10-15 week training course and are deemed job ready. Each individual has had the opportunity to learn and embody the following Biblical principles and job related skills:

Each JfL student has a mentor or group of mentors who provides support during JfL classes and their first year of employment. With this support system, JfL students are able to overcome many of the obstacles that impede their success; e.g., child care, low self-esteem, transportation, poor work ethic, and lack of problem-solving skills.
